Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Enrollment & Admission
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a school tour, or completing an application does not guarantee enrollment at Anth Preschool.
Enrollment is confirmed only after the school has accepted the child, required enrollment documents have been completed, applicable fees have been paid or arranged, and the family has received confirmation from the school.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their child, including contact information, emergency contacts, health information, allergies, dietary needs, authorized pickup persons, and any other information reasonably required to provide appropriate care.
Enrollment may also be subject to availability, classroom capacity, age requirements, and the school’s ability to appropriately support the child’s needs.
Tuition, Fees & Payment
Tuition rates, enrollment fees, deposits, payment schedules, and other applicable charges are communicated to families before enrollment.
Parents or guardians are responsible for paying fees according to the payment schedule confirmed during enrollment.
Additional charges may apply for optional programs, extended care, field trips, meals, materials, late pickup, or other services where applicable. Any such charges should be communicated before they are incurred whenever reasonably possible.
Tuition and fee policies, including due dates, deposits, late payments, credits, and refunds, may be further described in the enrollment agreement or Parent Handbook.
Anth Preschool may update tuition or other fees from time to time. Families will be notified in advance of changes that affect their enrollment.
Attendance & Absences
Regular attendance helps children become familiar with their classroom routines, teachers, and peers.
Parents or guardians should notify Anth Preschool as soon as reasonably possible if their child will be absent or arriving significantly later than usual.
Absence due to illness, family travel, holidays, or personal circumstances does not automatically result in a tuition refund or credit unless otherwise stated in the family’s enrollment agreement or applicable school policy.
Families should follow the school’s attendance and notification procedures throughout the enrollment period.
Cancellations & Withdrawal
Families wishing to withdraw a child from Anth Preschool should provide notice according to the withdrawal period stated in their enrollment agreement or Parent Handbook.
Fees or tuition already paid may be subject to the school’s applicable cancellation, withdrawal, and refund policies.
Anth Preschool may also end or suspend enrollment where reasonably necessary, including for continued non-payment, serious or repeated policy violations, safety concerns, or circumstances where the school is unable to appropriately meet a child’s needs.
Where appropriate, the school will communicate with the parent or guardian before enrollment is ended and will follow applicable legal and licensing requirements.
Illness & Health
Parents and guardians should not bring a child to school when the child has symptoms of an infectious illness or is otherwise unable to comfortably participate in normal classroom activities.
If a child becomes ill while attending Anth Preschool, the school may contact the parent, guardian, or emergency contact and request that the child be picked up.
Return-to-school requirements may vary depending on the symptoms, illness, applicable health guidance, and school policy. CDC guidance similarly recognizes that return criteria depend on the type and severity of symptoms rather than one universal rule for every illness.
Parents and guardians are responsible for informing the school of relevant allergies, medical conditions, medications, dietary restrictions, or other health information that may affect their child’s care.
Where medication or an individual care plan is required, additional written authorization and documentation may be requested.
Emergencies & Medical Care
Anth Preschool maintains procedures for responding to emergencies that may affect children, staff, or the school facility.
Depending on the circumstances, emergency procedures may include evacuation, shelter-in-place, lockdown, contacting emergency services, providing first aid, and notifying parents or guardians.
Washington licensed early-learning providers are required to maintain a written emergency preparedness plan addressing emergencies such as fire and natural disasters.
If a child requires urgent medical attention, Anth Preschool may contact emergency services before reaching a parent or guardian when staff reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect the child’s health or safety.
Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping emergency contact information current.
Authorized Pickup
Children will only be released to a parent, legal guardian, or another person authorized to pick up the child according to the school’s records and procedures.
Parents or guardians are responsible for keeping the authorized pickup list current and notifying the school when changes are required.
The school may request photo identification or other reasonable verification before releasing a child to a person whom staff do not recognize.
Anth Preschool may refuse to release a child to an unauthorized person or where staff reasonably believe doing so could create an immediate safety concern.
Washington child-care rules specifically require enrolled-child records to include the names and phone numbers of persons authorized to pick up the child.
Late Pickup
Parents and authorized caregivers should collect children within the school’s scheduled operating hours and the pickup arrangements confirmed for the child.
If a parent or authorized caregiver expects to be late, they should contact the school as soon as possible.
Repeated or significant late pickups may be subject to additional fees or other actions described in the school’s Parent Handbook or enrollment agreement.
If the school is unable to contact a parent or guardian after closing time, staff may follow the school’s emergency and late-pickup procedures.
Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians play an important role in helping Anth Preschool provide consistent and appropriate care.
Families are responsible for:
Providing accurate enrollment and emergency information.
Keeping contact and authorized pickup details current.
Informing the school of relevant health conditions, allergies, or care needs.
Following arrival, departure, illness, and safety procedures.
Providing required clothing, personal items, medication, or supplies where applicable.
Paying tuition and applicable fees according to the agreed schedule.
Treating staff, children, and other families respectfully.
Reviewing notices and important communications from the school.
Parents and guardians should promptly contact the school if information relating to their child changes during enrollment.
Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Anth Preschool may provide meals or snacks as part of its childcare program.
Parents or guardians must inform the school of known food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical dietary requirements, or other relevant food-related information before their child attends.
While the school may take reasonable steps to accommodate documented dietary needs, families should discuss specific requirements directly with the school before enrollment.
Menus, meal arrangements, and food policies may change from time to time.
Photos, Videos & Media Consent
Anth Preschool may photograph or record children during classroom activities, celebrations, projects, or other school experiences.
How photographs and videos may be used depends on the permissions provided by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Possible uses may include private parent communication, classroom documentation, school displays, newsletters, or public marketing channels where separate permission has been provided.
Parents or guardians may contact the school to review or update optional media permissions.
Refusing optional marketing or promotional media consent will not, by itself, affect a child’s eligibility for normal preschool activities.
This section should be read together with the Media Consent and privacy information described in our Privacy Policy.
Parent Communication
Anth Preschool may communicate with families through email, phone, the parent communication app, written notices, or other communication channels used by the school.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing current contact details and reviewing important communications relating to schedules, closures, health notices, events, payments, or their child’s care.
Information shared through the parent communication platform is intended for the relevant family and should not be redistributed where doing so could compromise the privacy of other children, families, or staff.
School Closures & Schedule Changes
Anth Preschool may occasionally need to close, open late, dismiss early, or adjust normal operations because of severe weather, emergencies, utility interruptions, public health concerns, staff availability, government requirements, or other circumstances beyond the school’s reasonable control.
The school will make reasonable efforts to notify families as soon as practicable.
Whether tuition credits, make-up days, or other arrangements apply during a closure will depend on the applicable enrollment agreement and school policies.
Field Trips & Off-Site Activities
Anth Preschool may occasionally organize age-appropriate field trips, neighborhood walks, outdoor learning activities, or other activities away from the regular school premises.
Where required, parents or guardians will receive relevant information and may be asked to provide authorization before their child participates.
Additional safety, transportation, clothing, food, or supervision requirements may apply to specific activities.
Washington rules include written parental authorization requirements for certain transportation and advance notice requirements for field trips, so buyers using the template in Washington should make their actual policy match current licensing requirements.
Behavior, Safety & Respectful Conduct
Anth Preschool aims to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for children, families, and staff.
Parents, guardians, visitors, and other adults must not engage in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, violent, or seriously disruptive behavior while interacting with the school community.
The school may restrict access to the premises or take other appropriate action where necessary to protect children, staff, families, or visitors.
Guidance and behavior-support practices for children are handled according to the school’s educational philosophy, individual circumstances, and applicable policies.
School Policies & Parent Handbook
These Terms provide general information about the relationship between families and Anth Preschool.
Additional operational requirements may be contained in the school’s Parent Handbook, enrollment agreement, health and safety policies, payment policies, emergency procedures, and other documents provided to families.
Where an enrollment agreement contains terms specific to a child’s enrollment, those terms may supplement these Terms.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the documents provided during enrollment and asking the school if any policy is unclear.
Washington DCYF materials also contemplate written program policies and documentation that parents or guardians have reviewed applicable handbook/policy materials.
Changes to Enrollment or School Policies
Anth Preschool may update its programs, schedules, fees, classroom arrangements, Parent Handbook, or other school policies when reasonably necessary.
Where a change materially affects currently enrolled families, the school will provide notice in accordance with the applicable agreement, policy, or legal requirements.
The most current policies provided directly by the school should be reviewed together with these Terms.
